Excellent purchase experience! This was our first Ford product and we were highly impressed with the vehicle (F150 Lightning) and sales experience. Despite living an hour away, Washington Ford delivered the tonneau cover to our home within a few days of taking delivery of the truck!

The communication ahead of time was perfect and i knew exactly what to expect. The linked app also let me know exactly where the technician was before she arrived which also saved me time.
