2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

First time owning a Kia and the process was very easy, from dropping off my car, to picking it up. I like that Joseph sent me an actual video of what they were doing to my car and what they found as well. Great service all the way around.

Thank You for excellent service which included a ride from Ozzie to get some breakfast while my car was being repaired, he was so nice and easy going and they had my car done so quick, inside of an hour even, and I was expecting to be there for 3-4 hours since there were not one but two recalls to fix. Thankfully they weren’t real involved because you got me in and out very quickly and I actually enjoyed my time there where I got to eat my breakfast in the office cubicle in the waiting room while I waited and watched YouTube on my laptop with your free WiFi. Not every experience can be painless, but this one sure was and Thank You for that.

Our recent first experience with the service department at Ball, Kia was excellent. Joseph, our service representative, made suggestions that saved us money. His text communications regarding progress were helpful. And they even washed our very dirty car that had sat under a messy tree for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. A really nice surprise! The service department at Ball Kia is now our go-to.
