I can not put into words how great Tooele Chevrolet dealership is. We were traveling home to Arkansas when our Chevrolet Silverado started giving us trouble. It was a holiday, and the RV spots in town were booked solid. We basically made it into the parking lot, towards the back, and couldn't drive any further. The sales office was open. We told them our problem and they were very accommodating. They let us stay in our RV exactly where we were. We filled out the early bird drop box paper. When they opened the next day, they got the truck in and kept us updated the entire time. They are in a great location, so we were able to walk to places for food, coffee, plus anything else. 3 days and 2 nights, and our truck was done. I was shocked because they could have easily told us we had to move the trailer. This kept the stress down and I am so grateful. I wish I could buy from them. Should the opportunity ever present themselves, then I definitely would. Thank you to the entire staff. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I strongly recommend working with them.
Nate Bushnell was our salesman, and he and the entire team were just excellent. I personally never had this great of experience purchasing a car from anywhere in the past 13 years! We had a few hiccups on our end for finance but the finance team at Tooele she was amazing! She found us a way to get us where we needed to get me my new 2024 traverse! I am so happy with the buying process, and my purchase from Jarren and Bowen, at Tooele, UT Motor Company!
