The service department is pricey but they do good work. I always receive good communication, though they seem backed up all the time. I’d give them 5 stars if they didn’t hit you with dumb fees and charge more than engineers make on an hourly basis. This place could double their service business by reducing their prices 15% and expanding their shop footprint.

I give five star for the excellent services I received at this place. People there are very nice and professional, especially Tracie at the service center. She provided great efforts and time to help me solve all problems, making the whole process extremely smooth so that I did not need to worry about anything. A wonderful experience, much different feeling while compared to that at other dealers' places.
