I am absolutely thrilled with Brown-Daub and Gabrielle! The dealership actually had the car in they listed online, which the other places i contacted did not. After actually finding the Kia Carnival I was looking for, she was so awesome every step of the way.... along with management too. I have never bought a vehicle so efficiently in my life. When the deal was presented, the total amount was disclosed upfront..... no games. I even was able to review the warranties before deciding on what I wanted to do. We are in a crazy financial world of high mark ups and I paid Zero Mark Up - unlike what most dealerships are doing in the area. I feel like ibgot a unicorn of a deal. Gabrielle even took the time to call the insurance company for me and she helped me put in the car seat I was wrestling with. Top notch all the way around.

I do not even know where to begin. It has been an experience. I have to give Steve and his team five stars. From the service department to the sales department by default. It did take a bit to figure out the real issue with my car, but in the mean time I was giving a loaner which helped a lot. Even when I was frustrated they listened to me. I was able to laugh when I picked up my car and truly appreciated this team. It was actually an amazing feeling when I pick my Kia Telluride up and everyone that I have been dealing with were able to laugh and feel accomplished on great service and work. I trust them to listen and work on my Kia with a honest perspective. Bill from sales I am definitely coming to see you when I am ready to purchase a new Kia Telluride. Thank you all.
