Super professionals especially my sales rep Ricardo. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was really nice and helpful and help me get the best deal possible for my new (2023 Ford Mach-E Premium AWD Extended Range). Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with them, because I know I will!
Excellent customer service. Jose was very nice and patient to listen to our needs. No rushing in purchasing the car. He gave us a good deal. Andrew the technophile ???? made sure I knew how to use all gadgets in the car. Highly recommend this dealer.
I took my Ford Focus to Freeport Ford to get an estimate on a repair. While it was there something happened and it suddenly would not start. All of the mechanics were working to assess what the problem was, and spent quite a bit of time on a problem that nobody anticipated. Not only did they determine what the problem was, but in doing so noticed some wires that were rubbing together and wearing on each other. They fixed those for me at no additional cost and also did not charge me for the labor incurred while trying to determine why the car wouldn't start. It was a really great experience working with them. They were extremely honest in all respects and I will definitely take my car back to them as needed. Definitely five stars!
