Nick (and Zach) are fantastic. I hardly ever leave Google reviews. I just wanted everyone to know that Nick is the main reason I purchased my Lincoln Navigator from Suburban Ford of Waterford. I had multiple options as I was shipping from across the country and I spoke to two other dealers who I almost bought from. Nick had also done an excellent job with my continual follow up of questions or issues I have had. He went so far as to take multiple videos and upload them into Google drive so that I could see them with clarity as iPhone videos transferred across text messages come out very blurry when the receiver is an Android device. He even went out of his way to measure the tread on the car tires with an actual professional measuring device. Every tire. Proof with pictures. He was able to retrieve detailed information about what was done on the vehicle and what was left to do which wasn't posted on the online sales (such as a damaged rear tail light). He even was able to achieve a small discount for the damage that I would have to rectify once I received the vehicle on my own. That worked out perfectly because the tail light was hard to acquire and I found it locally. In any case, it's people like Nick that go out of their way to help solve complicated vehicle purchasing situations, which maybe occurring with 100% remote communications, like in my case. Why did he go through so much trouble? Obviously selling vehicles is the main goal at the facility but I genuinely felt he is just like me, and it is in his nature to do the best he possibly can. It's not just that he helped me. He talked to me like I was a real person and not a number. At one point he felt like he might be letting me down and I needed to reassure him that he was doing a fantastic job and that I really appreciated every effort he made. In fact he was so proficient at handling this that we ended up getting the vehicle the morning that we were leaving to go out of the country to Quebec City in Canada. It was a miracle and he was a blessing for our family of five which includes three young children, that we could take our trip in the new vehicle! My wife cried when she saw me pull up in the new car. To be honest, without an employee like him, I would have already gone somewhere else at the time because there were other vehicles which were slightly more cost but there were less complications to overcome. Most people don't genuinely care about their jobs, let alone the people that are their customers. I just wanted to say, sincerely... AGAIN. Thank you Nick!
Roland and the entire service team are incredible. Amazing service! Great communication! And always super professional and friendly. I will always take my ford cars and trucks to suburban because I know what I’m getting and that the job is done right the first time!
While looking for a vehicle and bouncing around the state at dealerships from cars I looked at online, I got sat with Alan Clemons after walking in to Suburban Ford of Waterford from a friendly and inviting staff. The dealership worry, especially with used cars on them just trying to get a sale, was quickly squandered with his upfront openness and honesty on any vehicle I had questions about. He made setting up the test drive worry free and not rushed so I could get the full feel of what I was going to invest in. Any concern I asked about was quickly handled and communicated very clearly. My next vehicle will be purchased here and from the same person. Thank you Al!
