These guys are awesome! I worked with Justin "Spence" Spencer and he was a normal human. Everything was clearly communicated, no surprises, and he was very courteous and responsive. The finance manager and sales manager were also great and even steered me to a better financing deal to save money in the long run. And they got me in and out as quickly as possible verses trying to trap me at the dealership. Which I appreciated since I drove 4 hours from North Carolina because of the deal. I traded my 2020 Toyota 4Runnner TRD Pro for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE and couldn't be happier. Definitely check them out if you are in the market for a Jeep. Can't recommend them enough. Best car shopping experience we’ve ever had. My wife and I are from East TN, about an hour and 40 minutes away. We called this dealership about a vehicle as soon as we decided to go look at it. Kevin had it parked right up front, ready to test drive, with the Car-fax in hand (before we got there). The test drive went great, and the negotiation went even better. I said it’s the best experience we’ve had because of two main reasons; they were prepared for us before we got there, and more importantly, they were very transparent and honest. There was no pressure to consider different finance options, or other vehicles. Kevin was a huge help throughout the process, and we will for sure be a returning customer.
