I made an appointment to view a used car. We got there 30 minutes early. Charles was helping us but his scheduled customer showed up late. His manager made him take his late customer which left us without sales rep and waiting for Charles to run between two customers. This is not his fault. Then the car we test drove and wanted was being sold while we were test driving it! Now I was really mad because they made us wait almost an hour before the other customer debated if they had the funds to afford the car. Finally the manager offered us a nicer used car and he said he would take the price down. I was upset at first that we lost the car we wanted but I was really mad that both Charles and I were being punished because another customer was 30 minutes late for his appointment. We were there for 3+ hours. Charles was our sales guy and he did a great job. I would absolutely use him again to buy a car. The manager made up for his mistake and In the end it all worked out and I was happy with the price I paid.
