2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

Christopher Murphy was so helpful. He explained what each step was, asked what I wanted in a vehicle, why I wanted it and worked to ensure I had those things even in the test drive vehicle. He offered alternatives and literally got me into a vehicle that looked identical to the one I came in to inquire about from Car Gurus website. He did not trivialize or dismiss my choices and was upfront about what he would do, and what he could try to do. He was pleasant and seemed like a positive easy-going person and it helped to put myself and my friend at ease. He was also patient with me when trying to pull up the info he required. Even after having a long day Benny (finance) was a pleasure to work with. He had a computer problem but worked quickly to get it resolved. The two young ladies at the front while I was looking for Christopher to finish up, they called him immediately and engaged me in conversation while I waited. It was truly a nice car buying experience. It was one of the most relaxed I think I have ever had. I did not feel rushed or as if I was not being listened to. Thank you so much!

Eric from Southwest Kia Mesquite made the purchase of our New 2024 Kia Forte a seamless experience. When we arrived we were unsure of what car/suv we wanted.
