2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

We purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V from another dealer in Nov of 23. We got out of a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at that time. My wife did not like the Honda pretty much from the start and has missed her Santa Fe since. So, before we were stuck with the Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid for the next 10 years, we decided to investigate and try and find a hold over or slightly used Santa Fe and trade out of the Honda. I emailed Buerkle and Ben got right back to me. They had one Santa Fe that had everything we wanted and had low miles. My biggest problem would be having to pay out money going from a 2024 to a used 2023. I just wanted to be treated fair and if it made enough sense, we would do it. They treated us great, and Ben was very professional and courteous. In less than 2 hours from start to finish we drove home the Santa Fe. Everyday so far, I have heard nothing but how much my wife loves this car. So, thank you very much Ben and Buerkle Hyundai. Thier finance guy was also very helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was good experience buying a car. It was fairly quick compared to buying experiences in the past. I appreciated the people wearing masks because we did without asking. Less than 24 hrs but love my new used car!

Just plain pleasant to deal with! Gave us a whole new outlook on car shopping and how it has changed in a positive way over the years. The sales person, Phil Loprinzi, was awesome to deal with, extensive knowledge on all of the Hyundai models.
