2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

Klement Ford was the best car buying experience I have had. Period. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My paperwork was super fast and explained clearly. I even got my license plates in the mail within a week. The 2022 Ford Bronco Sport I purchased was clean and they even made sure I had a full tank of gas when I left. These people are great! I bought my 2023 Platinum at Bill Utter Ford who is also great. However, I live closer to Karl K. and I used their oil change service. They came and picked up my truck, changed the oil and checked all the things. They gave me text updates every step of the way. After it was all done, they drove my truck back to the office and gave me the keys. It is a wonderful service and I will be using them again. Great group of humans!

Took my 2020 F-150 in for general issues. Chuck handled everything from there. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs and time required to complete them. When the truck was ready to be picked up, Chuck advised me about their valet service. My truck was brought straight to my driveway, 40 minutes away. Very nice service since I had been in the hospital and couldn't drive for a couple of days. This is my second purchase from Karl K., I will be back for the third!
