Mr. Howard listened and responded in a very professional manner. Very good customer service. the tech verified what I stated the problems were and acted on what I stated. I was kept informed of the diagnostic process, the repairs and the price. The whole team preformed as I would have expected a team working for me. Hard to find this kind of people and service today.
