This dealer is top class. Jakob and Mike went way above and beyond to make my complicated purchase as easy as possible. I drove past two other Audi dealers to buy from Serra because they had the exact vehicle I wanted. I’ll do it again next time because of their great customer service.

This review is for the service department and Garthe who I dealt with prior to arrival and during my service visit. This is not my normal dealership as I am currently 600+ miles from home. I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak on my high performance summer tires. I knew I needed at the minimum all season tires. I had done research on the tires before I called and Garthe was easy to talk to, understood my issue and made multiple suggestions all of which lined up with my research. He wanted to save me money by just doing one tire depending on the tread life on my tires, then we agreed on two over the phone, but once I arrived I had already made up my mind that I wanted all 4 to be replaced. Garthe got me an appointment the very next morning and I couldn't have been happier with the transparency and communication during the process of waiting for my vehicle. I honestly felt like family the way he treated me one my initial call, to the time in the shop, and during checkout. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and a number of Audi dealerships and this dealership/experience was leaps and bounds above the rest. I am just hoping I hit a service interval while living up here so I can take my car back to this dealership. Very, very smooth and professional. I really love the "Audi At Your Door" valet service when it's time for your car to go into the shop for some maintenance. Serra TC and Garthe are managing the process quite well. You get a confirmation when you schedule the valet service, a reminder or two ahead of the scheduled service date, and then your car is picked up right on time as scheduled. No issues at all, as easy as can be. I can't imagine ever buying any car in the future that didn't offer this service!
