So refreshing to actually receive real customer service in today’s world!! We drove all the way from western Oregon to Seattle because the price and features of our new FORD F350 SUPER DUTY were unparalleled at any other Ford dealer in the Northwest! Honestly!! My visit to Pierre Ford of Seattle was outstanding. I initially went in just to look at Ford Escapes, but thanks to the exceptional service, I ended up choosing a 2023 model. Porter, the salesman who assisted me, was a great help. He was quick to answer all my questions, showing extensive knowledge and a friendly demeanor.The manager, Karl, also played a crucial role in my positive experience. He worked diligently to ensure I got a fantastic deal, demonstrating a genuine commitment to my satisfaction.Even though I had planned to see a different salesman, Porter's expertise made my visit seamless and rewarding.
