Everyone was patient and sincere. We were greeted immediately and the salesman listened intently to our needs and input. our salesman Spencer was eager to please and was low pressure which we appreciated. The Finance Manager was interested in helping and worked hard to meet our expectations. Over all it was a stress free transition. Yes we did settle on a vehicle and made the purchase. We’re thrilled!

I usually don't do too many reviews but I feel I needed to because of the great service! I purchased a Tucson last May. They offer free oil change and tire rotation for three years and actually come to my house to pick up and return the vehicle even though I'm 40 minutes away. They are very good at communicating throughout the whole process. The technician sent me a quick video discussing my vehicle even though everything was good. The service was done quickly and my car was back at my house in no time. I'd recommend Ciocca Hyundai to anybody! Love the Tucson!

Car shopping is usually a painful ordeal when dealing with pushy salesmen and a dealership that is subpar. We had none of that when we visited Hyundai of Williamsport.. our salesperson, Spencer Yeager was extremely knowledgeable on the car we were interested in purchasing. His knowledge and expertise helpe make the final decision to purchase the Ioniq5. He took the time to answer every single question and go over every function of the car and spent time helping set up our Hyundai account. I highly recommend the dealership and this sales person.
