2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

My wife and I were in the middle of a cross-country RV trip when we suddenly started having issues with our F-150 tow vehicle. There was smoke coming out of the engine area, which required immediate attention. We managed to get to Stuteville Ford, the closest Ford dealership we could find, and asked for help. They had me park our travel trailer in the back, and they jumped right on it. It turned out to be a failing "O" ring at the dipstick - a relatively simple repair. They had the part in stock and repaired it in less than an hour! I can't say enough about Crista at the service desk and their mechanics! They got us in and out quickly and back on the road! Very friendly and efficient staff!

Calli Price was excellent to work with she had excellent knowledge of the Bronco I was calling about I was really amazed that they didn't have a dealer markup on it and we're very nice to work with they gave me way more than what I was expecting on my trade I was in and out less than 2 hours can't wait tell all my friends about this place and let her fix all my friends up with new vehicles
