These guys have had about 18 months of being the most consistent, professional, attentive, and competent service department in the San Francisco Bay Area, for any make or model of car. I am continually impressed, and since Vince got on board as the head service rep, they've consistently hired and retained the best and smartest, namely Matt Quinn. I've never been to a more professional and efficient dealership. Went in today on my birthday. Husband purchased a discovery sport. Josh helped us. We were in an out in 1 hour. Josh was very nice and accommodating to my toddler. He showed us where she could run around, let her play with his soccer ball, etc. Highly recommend.
