2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

We worked with Mark as our salesperson at Bob McCosh. He was super friendly, knowledgeable about each car, suv and truck we looked at and helped work with our busy work schedule and trade-ins giving us a fair value and an overall excellent experience. I had just purchased my 2016 Tahoe and found it had hard water marks on the windows/chrome and the rear seat belts were not retracting like they should. Pam and Joe took excellent care in scheduling me in to have it all fixed. The drop off was seamless and they placed me I a loaner vehicle within minutes. I was appreciative for the loaner, but it wasn’t very clean, but I knew I would not have it long and didn’t bring it up to anyone. I had my car back the very next day and my Tahoe looks fantastic and feel comfortable with my daughters riding in the back now that the seat belts work properly!!

Sonja Ellis is the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. She’s worked with me on my last two purchases and has helped out my brother and sister with their purchases. She always makes sure I feel heard and important and never tries to push me into anything I don’t want. She listens and cares and isn’t one of those slimy sales people! Jason Sedillo in finance is also super great! Always love working with him for the financial side of things. These two are fantastic, and I’d come back every time (even just to say hi!).
