2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 4x4

Gillespie held a "free windshield wiper" event at our local Senior Center. They replaced or provided free wipers for everyone's vehicles. This was a part of their new mobile services, and the service and representatives were fantastic! I highly recommend their mobile service option. They will come to your home to service your vehicles (oil changes, wiper blade replacements, etc.). This was definitely a five-star service on that day! (Thank you, Michelle.)

This is the best ford location I have ever been to hands down. It’s never fun when you need lots of work done on a vehicle however Kristy made my experience here very satisfactory. The communication was impeccable and her customer service was like I was speaking to a friend and not an employee. She is the sole reason I give this location 5 stars. Very patient and understanding about my warranty. Very persistent and professional. There was accommodations made for my benefit and for that I am so very thankful. I recently moved to Virginia although this location is so awesome I would literally consider having my car shipped to this location for anything as small as an oil change. A huge shoutout to Kristy for being the very very best at her job thank you thank you thank you !!!!

Great job! Friendly service guy did the work on my Maverick while my car was parked at work! Saved me the time and trouble of going to the dealership and waiting, or sharing a car with my wife for the day. I will definitely be using this service again! Just used the service again (3/4/2024) and it was as great as before. Nathan and Tristan serviced my oil change, tire rotation and software recall while my truck was parked at work. Great job guys!
