2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

Even though I didn't have an appointment, Melinda dropped everything and jumped right in to help me. They gave me good value on my trade-in and, after a short test drive of the car I had my eye on, zipped me through the paperwork. I was out the door with my very clean & peppy new ride in fairly short order!

We took our 2015 Rubicon in for an oil change and diagnostic to determine the cause of a check engine light and to replace the back glass gas cylinders. We met a couple of service guys at the desk and Brandon listened to what we wanted and told me he'd have to run a full diagnostic on the wrangler which I figured he would, I asked what the charge would be just for that and he said $185 and I asked for their hourly shop rate and I believe he said $185 per hour which sure is a lot of money but everything is expensive now days but I want my Jeep fixed right so we left it with Brandon. I got a call from Brandon the next day with the additional items that needed repaired. The next afternoon we picked up our Rubicon and paid our bill. Great staff, nice big shop and fast service for all we had done. Our Rubicon will be going back to this Canon City Auto Nation for any future service needs.

I brought my Jeep gladiator in to the service center for recall repairs and an unfortunate yet uncontrollable event arose. They took responsibility for what happened at their facility even though it was not their fault. Their fast communication with me and their ownership of the situation is what made it right for me. In today's customer service climate, this was refreshing. I will be using their service department in the future for all my family's Jeeps even though there are other service centers closer to our home. The quality of the service technicians is impeccable and they were very thorough. Scott, the service manager, Brandon, and Connor were all very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Chad in the sales department will save you time as he's upfront and knowledgable. You won't feel pushed into buying something you don't want just because it's on their lot. He listens to what you want and he will try to find that even if it's at another AutoNation location.
