Rodney did an excellent job since the moment I came to drop off my car for a 30k mikes inspection and a software refresh. Contacted me often to let me know how things were going, called me the second day to say the car was ready to go. Came by to pick it up and Rodney took care of everything in a very expedite way. When my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas light came on the brake light that is I had no idea it was gonna be the whole casing that had to be replaced. I had a warranty on it, but wasn’t sure if that was gonna cover it. I went in and found out it was gonna cost about 245 if I used my deductible, but Rose and Linda was so helpful and she got me to check my warranty and was able to get my car repaired within two hours she was very friendly. She was courteous and she even told me they were gonna wash my car after I already washed it the day before I never realized the service of Volkswagen was this good it may be a 2019 Atlas but I love this car and I love the company even more now and I won’t go back until Rosalie’s there to help me with the next situation which is an oil change so thank you Rosalinda. Thank you so much took the stress out of my day and I went back right out to make more money. see you again.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car repaired! Crystal was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything in detail and kept me very up to date on my car’s whereabouts! As for the technician that worked on my car, he did fantastic as well! I appreciated the clear communication from everyone, it definitely helped with the process! I would 100% recommend bringing your vw here if you need it serviced!
