I found a Jeep I liked at Labrum. I called and I was connected with Phillip. He showed me the car and even though it had only been on the lot for a day, (not cleaned yet) he made sure we got tot take it out. Phillip put no pressure on me or made me feel uncomfortable. He worked with me on the price and got me a deal I felt comfortable with. He was personable and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend Phillip as a salesman.

So happy with my experience at Labrum! I bought a truck from out of state and could not be more pleased with my purchase. Phil was fantastic to work with both over the phone and in person. Jeff in finance secured amazing rates and had all paperwork done and completed in 30 minutes! I would definitely make the 6 hour drive again to buy another vehicle from Labrum!! I appreciate the friendliness and excellent customer service we received.

Labrum Ford just nailed it. I just completed the purchase of my first EV. There are a lot of new features and technology that come with an EV as well as a fair amount of apprehension about such new technology. Jim was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent tutorial. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. It’s alway nice when the individual whose name is on the dealership also takes the time to greet you and show interest in your purchase. Multiple staff who were not directly involved in the sale also said hello and expressed appreciation for my business and approval of my vehicle selection. It just felt like a very friendly collaborative environment. Jim even took the time to introduce me to their chief mechanic to ask some questions about the vehicle that Jim didn’t have the answers to himself. It just felt like the quintessential positive car buying experience, which for me was a first. My compliments to the Labrum team for whatever they have done to make this possible.
