10/10 experience at JC Ford!! I was driving from Georgia to Virginia today and had a charge pipe that cracked on my truck, really impacting acceleration. With towing a trailer, it was a fix that desperately needed to happen. John in the service department got me fixed up and back in the road in under an hour, it was truly astounding. These guys are top notch, the facilities are amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone. Go get with John for all your Super Duty needs.

Seth was fantastic to work with and answered any questions I had. This is the second car I’ve bought from Johnson City Ford (Seth) and wouldn’t recommend any other dealership. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. A big thank you to JCF and Seth for helping me get my dream car!

I bought a new F 250. We had the common issues trying to get me a deal that we all could be happy with and we settled with a deal below MSRP on the truck. It just takes a little doing. One must know that salesman we try to make as much as possible for themselves. Each one of us would do the same if we were in their shoes.
