I share it with a five star review, Jacob did his best with finding flexibility in working with my family as we were commuting from Pueblo to broker a deal. Luckily, no one else was interested in the van we were looking at. It was priced in the median for the price range of this vehicle. And seemed to have all the bells and whistles that were advertised. It came with a non-adjustable "improvement" that is called Etch that gets added to the price, it is a theft deterrent method. Of course, there was the offer for more warranties and protections, but they were easily dismissed if that is your prerogative. So we were very close to the advertised price and they were extremely transparent. Their kindness and patience didn't end at the show room... The finance signing was pleasant too. They found a deal to include some extra coverage for a dollar extra a month. The trade in price was fair for my vehicle. The detailer for the purchased vehicle was a little lacking. After purchase, we are finding that some of the window seals and the windshield cowl have a less than desirable adhesion... There were nooks and crannies that still had debris in it. And there was evidence of the previous owner in the glove box... Nothing like what I found with my previous purchase (at a different dealer) however... It had names, addresses, contact numbers, and occupation of the previous owner (totally a breach of privacy) but thankfully it was just some literature from Enterprise. My family has been mesmerized by the trade up. But, this isn't a review on our new van. We are thankful for the team at Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi to give us the opportunity for the trade up. They also work with ENT credit Union for one of their Financial partners. And I have to fully endorse that as positive. ENT has financed 3 of my vehicles now, and they have been completely understanding in the loan process, offered incredible rates, and their app makes payments a breeze. If you can finance through them it is worth it :) Would have appreciated a bump down in price for the lack of a spare tire and tire winch system... (Stupid car rental policies) but understand it isn't the responsibility for the dealership to assist with that. Fixing the window cowl and seals would have got some brownie points too. I hope you appreciated an honest thread of thought in this review
Had an amazing experience at Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi and also Volvo for the finance part. Brian Newton at Mitsubishi was great. Super helpful, honest and fun to talk to. I would recommend anyone to go see him and the GM was also great. The financing was at the sister lot due to them not having a finance person, but it was also a great experience.
We had a great experience here! First time buying a car from a dealership and everyone was very helpful. Brian stayed with us and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process and created an extremely welcoming environment. Chris went above and beyond to try to find us the best possible financing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car
