2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4x4

I waited a little over a month from my purchase to write this because I wanted to make sure everything went well. I live two hours away from this location but had been looking for a very specific vehicle for about 6 months. The truck I was looking for showed up at Apple Sports and I was initially hesitant to buy because I was not comfortable with purchasing something I had not seen or driven. The GM, Polo, and my saleswoman, Silvia, took almost an hour out of their day to do a virtual test drive and going over every inch of the vehicle to make sure it was something I was comfortable with. I agreed the truck was what I wanted in the price range I was happy with and went forward with financing. The finance manager understood my expectations and got me approved for the terms and price I was looking for and set it up for me to sign. Polo and Silvia met me half way between my house and their delership to inspect and drive the vehicle before officially signing. Everything went smooth, I signed and drove the truck home. I kept waiting for something to still not go right or to have an issue but that never happened. When my plates showed up at the dealer, they were mailed to me the next day. I have honestly not experienced a purchase that went as smooth as this one did in a long time. I appreciate the efforts of everybody at Apple Sports that helped with my purchase. I would definitely recommend in the future and while I don’t purchase vehicles often, I would purchase from them again.

First off, I want to thank everyone that helped make my purchase possible from Nicole and Katherine who answered my initial questions to Thomas and Polo who made the transaction as smooth as possible! Now what made my Tesla purchase even more special was it was delivered to my home in San Antonio. Paperwork completed in my dining room. So I personally want to thank Richard for making the drive, explaining all the finance paperwork/documents and then taking an uber back to Austin (2hrs each way). Damn, that's customer service at its finest! So thank you all again and will certainly recommend to others!

Apple Imports made buying a used car an easy and enjoyable experience, from the array of cars to the wonderful customer service. I worked with Andrew and his non-pressure approach and wealth of information was a breath of fresh air. He allowed me to take my time while also answering all my questions. I definitely would recommend buying your next car from Apple Imports. And they offer free car washes to their customers every Saturday! Now that’s a perk.
