We had just moved from Las Vegas and were just in our new house like a day. Our old cars were at about 90K miles each. We felt we needed something better suited for the area. Alex helped us out, everyone was super friendly and quick to get it done. Unlike the dealers in Vegas they listened to us and didn't waste our time thank you for the help.

I took my motorhome there twice. Once to have it inspected for two recalls. Again to have a minor repair done after the parts arrived. After the recall inspections were done I got inside to leave and the carpet that was lifted and pulled back wasn't put back. I went back inside and told them about it. Service then came out and put the carpet back down. After the parts arrived I brought the motorhome back for the repair. The repair wasn't as extensive as predicted and it was cheaper than I expected. I was happy about that. I went out to leave and walked around the motorhome to inspect it. I found the hood was left open. I lifted it and closed it without telling the service department it was left open. I believe Crossroads Ford of Sanford service is lacking an attention to detail when it comes to their work. These two items I found because they were obvious but what about the things left undone or not completed correctly that can't be seen! I hope they read this and take action to correct this negative trend.

Took my truck in for an issue with a fuel leak, the tech changed out a cracked fuel injector and thought it was fixed. However the next day the fuel leak was still present. John Lowe had my truck picked up from my home and had it fixed the next day. Great service, friendly people, and exceptional communication. I will definitely use them again in the future.
