My car(Ford Escape 2018) had a manufacturing flaw that killed the engine, literally 2 months to the day after I paid it off. Camelback Ford listened empathetically and assisted me in obtaining another vehicle. Their response was quick and favorable. Ford leadership in Detroit has been the sound of crickets in response to my plight. I believe the local dealership cares, Detroit, not so much!

I absolutely hated my first car I bought here, but they redeemed my faith in dealerships. Devan is beyond amazing, he made me feel comfortable making this purchase with him. The level of professionalism and customer service he had was awesome. I told him what I wanted and he helped me get it.
