After visiting several dealerships on my way home, I decided to stop by Larry H. Miller and I believe that was the best decision I made that day. The process was seamless; they made sure I got what I wanted. Kudos to Gilbert Suarez; he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He took his time to explain everything to me and got me to test drive three wonderful cars, which got me hooked.... lol. Eventually, when the car was given to me, it was so clean and smelled nice, not to mention the nice footmats they gave me. All the staff were friendly and patient with my numerous and unending questions. Finally, I am blown away by them (Gilbert) checking up on me to ensure everything is going well and I am smiling. Upon discovering a nail in one of four recently purchased tires, Eleazar instructed me to bring my in car in, my spare tire was put on and he immediately processed warranty paperwork to approve a new tire.
