Above and Beyond! My baby brother saw my little 2022 SUV and was not satisfied with the terms nor the type of car that I had. He suggested I quickly go to Joey Griffin Kia in Rocky Mount, NC. He was VERY confident that I would get a great deal. I knew that my credit wasn't stellar but I went ahead and traveled down to Joey Griffin Kia. If I can tell you, I felt like I was visiting family, this is how Charles Elliott greeted us. He is a very cheerful and professional salesperson. He immediately showed us to his office. He made me comfortable asking if I wanted something to drink or a snack, if the temperature inside his office was okay...AND NO PRESSURE. Just little things like to make me feel welcome. Just sit and have a conversation, again, no pressure. Charles asked me what I saw myself driving home in. I didn't really have an idea... instead, he asked me small questions such as, how far do you drive to work? Do you have small kids etc., etc. He gathered enough information and in no time I found myself in a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage! When I tell you I just about cried when Charles showed me my new SUV, it was exactly and MORE than what I needed and wanted! AND the terms of financing were excellent! As Charles finalized my paperwork, I was warmly greeted by sales manager Mr. Stokes who was gracious to congratulate me. A HUGE THANK YOU to general manager of Joey Griffin Kia, Mr. Clarence Harris, who personally made sure my entire purchasing experience was a very positive one, respectfully. Lastly, primary finance manager Mr. Seth Boggess, made the finance process simple to understand, he was accurate & made the process effortless. In conclusion, I found Charles Elliott and his team at Joey Griffin Kia Dealership to be true professionals who possess outstanding communication skills, who are friendly and care about the customer needs and are VERY knowledgeable about the KIA product.
