I found the truck I wanted at 8:30 in the morning and was driving away with it before noon. Wes was laid back, and extremely easy to work with during the quick process. He was well prepared when I arrived to finalize everything. The finance dept was great as well. I didn’t get that “pushy” experience that I’ve gotten in other dealerships. We sent an email on Tuesday evening when they were closed and had a response first thing the next morning. We drove up Friday afternoon to look at the car I wanted. We dealt with the same man through email and in person. We drove another car just to be sure. He offered to have another car we looked at online brought over from one of their other dealerships. We decided on the one we had looked at and papers were written up. They were very straightforward on price, gave us the interest rate we wanted, a good deal on an extended warranty and gave us about what we expected on our trade in.
