On Monday, January 15th, we had to bring our aviator back in for more service repairs and they didn't have the parts in---okay no problem. The problem came about after two weeks had passed with no communication regarding the status of our vehicle. After my husband had to call THEM for an update, we found out that they damaged a door and had to send it to a body shop to repair and repaint. After finally receiving our vehicle back, as I pressed the button for my seat settings I heard a very loud crunch. I got out to inspect what the noise was and found that the wire cover or whatever was completely broken. Further, due to the nature of repairs, I'm guessing the driver seat had to be removed because the interior siding was heavily scuffed---photos attached. My question is: how on EARTH did this pass QC?! Even if I drove a Geo Metro, I'd expect my vehicle to be treated with care. Our aviator has been at Phil Long Lincoln since January 31st, and the only time we've gotten any status report is when my husband had to call THEM once again. We've been given a navigator, which, naturally, we're expected to fill the tank up because heaven forbid they try to make things right seeing as to how the blame for this is solely on them. But no worries, I'm sure we'll get yet another eyeglass wipe instead of waiving the gas fill charge, paying a month of the payment---something, anything. Again, I'd expect great treatment even if we drove a geo metro; imagine our surprise to continue to get reamed by a Lincoln dealership. We our seven weeks into the new year and this dealership has had our vehicle for four of them and an unbelievable lack of communication.
Phil Long Lincoln contacted me about a week ago informing I had recalls on my vehicle, as well as it coming up on an oil change. They scheduled a time for a technician to come to my home and service my vehicle. Greg arrived on time and was very friendly. All services completed were logged for me to see and he even rotated my tires right in front of my house! Amazing service that exceeded my expectations. Thanks again to Greg for doing outstanding work!
When I went to Phil Long Lincoln, I was very nervous as a first time car buyer. Cristina Carrack was very kind and thoughtful! She listened to what I was looking for and helped me to look at multiple vehicles until we found one that was the right fit. She made the entire process uncomplicated and was very informed when answering all of my questions! During the entire process, everyone at Phil Long Lincoln was very helpful and kind - including the service department and financial manager. The service department fixed the trunk of the vehicle I got, quickly and efficiently. The finance manager was very fun and informed and made the process quick and easy! I would absolutely recommend going to see Cristina at Phil Long Lincoln if you want a comfortable, kind, and thoughtful car buying process!
