We just completed our purchase of a CPO Volvo from Bill Kidd’s Volvo. The entire process from the initial email to us driving off the lot was professional and flawless! I purchased a 2024 service loaner with about 5K miles on it. At purchase time the price was right and the sales process was straight forward. (Best of all they did not waste my time with a protracted finance/purchase session and did not push any upsells.) A few days after I got it home I noticed a small cosmetic problem with the car. I felt stupid for not noticing before I drove it off the lot and I postponed contacting them. A month later I got around to contacting them with a separate question and I mentioned the cosmetic problem. They were understandably guarded in their response (how were they to know I didn't cause the problem), but invited me to come in. After taking a look at the problem they offered to fix it at no charge, and also decided that they had not cleaned and detailed my car sufficiently before delivery. They sent me off in a loaner. When I returned after work the car was sparkling and the cosmetic problem had been fixed. I highly recommend salesperson, Debbie Skipper and the customer care provided by the manager, Andy MacCord.
