2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak 4WD

An amazing experiance from start to finish.???? Generally I do not leave reviews but this is def an exception. Galpin Ford picked up and dropped off my 2022 Mustang Mach E which proved extremely convenient. They made the process so easy with literally one phone call on my end. I would recommend them for service for any vehicles, regardless of make as you just can't find this level of service any more. It was like stepping back in time to when the customer came first, 80's maybe ????.. Special shout out to their GM, Loel Sanchez, he runs a tight ship and truly is a good fella! Thanks again Galpin for an AMAZING experience!

Jake in the service department went above and beyond helping us over multiple days in resolving an issue we had with the mileage on the title on our 2019 Mustang (which we had purchased from an individual, not Galpin). He was friendly, resourceful, and courteous, even though he probably wasn't always happy to see me when the DMV kept sending us back for yet another quirky demand. Because of him, and those at Galpin he kept pestering for us, the issue was finally and happily resolved! Thank you, Jake!! You get Employee of the Year in our book!
