Service at Jom Robinson Lincoln was awesome. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional along with warm and friendly...showing genuine care for customers. The dealership, on the other hand, could not or would not provide a vehicle to drive. That's always been one of the reasons to pay more to use a dealership for service...even Hyundai used to give me a loaner when I was in for service, who would imagine that Lincoln would not. Everyone is always asking me whether.ir not a tech or rep is doing their job...they almost always are...but Noone asks me about the upper management...that's usually a different story. My rating is for the service personnel only...upper management needs to relax over the almighty dollar and give people something to drive.
