I would highly recommend Smail Honda to any of my family members or friends and would give it more stars if I could. A family member of mine purchased a vehicle here last year from Mike Cotyk, and I was beyond impressed with the service he provided. I accompanied a family member last year when they purchased a Honda CR-V, and Mike was very helpful. He explained the features of the vehicle, showed them how everything worked, and not once pressured them into purchasing the vehicle. After seeing the way Mike treated my family member, I wanted to purchase my vehicle off of him. I went in last week and Mike remembered me and my family member. He was excited to see us and really took care of us. I was interested in purchasing a Honda Odyssey, or a larger SUV. I was on the fence, and Mike explained the key features of each vehicle, the pros and cons, and how the financing would look. He opened three different Odysseys, let me sit in them and explained the differences in all three models. He let me test drive the van I wanted and a SUV so that I could experience the difference between the two. He did not pressure me at all in any direction. He just stuck to the facts of each vehicle and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. Most other car dealerships pressure someone into purchasing a vehicle that day, but Mike did not do that at all. That is why I looked forward to coming back to purchasing a vehicle from him. I added on a few extra items, and Mike was able to get everything added by the time I picked up the vehicle, providing me updates every day to reassure me we were still on track with the original pickup date. I can not explain how helpful Mike has been with both vehicle purchases, and I would recommend anyone going to Smail Honda to ask for Mike.

I had a Honda specific issue on my 2012 civic that I could only trust with a certified Honda dealer. I called Smail Honda on rte. 30 in Greensburg and received amazing service from Brandon and the entire crew. To be honest with you in a time when mediocre service is acceptable I was shocked to see the high level of service that they provided. Brandon treated me as if he had known me for years. Keep up the great work Smail Honda. Thanks for a near perfect service experience!
