8/8/24 Purchase: Roger was exceptional. We went for a test drive and he provided a thorough overview of the Porsche Cayenne. I purchased 2 days later. I was able to get a great deal! 2/4/25 Update: All sales and service individuals have been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately after about seven months, my Cayenne has developed severe vibrations in 6th gear during highway driving, making it nearly un-drivable (repair order in photos). The service department has acknowledged the issue in a service repair order but stated that there is no fix available. I was told to bring the car in to figure something out. When considering to trade this in on something else, I was only offered the wholesale auction price. Taking a significant loss is one thing, but I expected some level of accountability, at the very least, to share the burden with the customer.
