From the second my husband called to inquire about a car we were pleasantly surprised! Mark started the process with a great welcome. He introduced us to Tanner who made the whole process enjoyable and easy! After test driving a couple we were able to find our perfect pick! Between figuring out our perfect price and adding in details we were helped by Steve and Tanner to find us the best rate! My husband and I went to four dealerships prior to Ron Hatfield and I have zero doubt we made the best choice! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great priced used vehicle! We will definitely be back in the future for our car buying needs.

It was a very easy experience! I came in thinking I may not get approved but Bradan was so easy to work with! Everyone was easy to work with really! We were there maybe 2 hours then driving off the lot in my new car!!

My experience at Rod Hatfield was full of ups and downs.
First, the salesman I worked with was wonderful. Shout out to Austin! He was very patient with me as I tried many cars over the course of a week.
Second, be aware that the price posted online is not the actual price of the car. We were told the price online every time while shopping and when we went to sign the papers the number was $1000 higher than 3 of the employees had confirmed with us because my trade in didn’t meet the criteria.
Third, I was mislead about the possibility of a remote start being installed on my car. This was the whole reason I bought the car because a factory one would be able to be installed. That being said, I do not think this was done maliciously to sell me a car. I think there was a miscommunication and it didn’t get 100% verified.
Lastly, I do appreciate how the general manager, Steve, has worked to make things right. He took what had turned to an awful experience into an almost pleasant one.
In conclusion, if you want to talk to a great salesman, talk to Austin! For the rest of your experience, just make sure everything is stated out very clearly and written on paper for the vehicle that you are purchasing.
