2021 Ford Bronco First Edition Advanced 4x4

Recently we purchased a certified 2023 RX500h with Hop and we had a great experience. We have used this dealership for many years to maintain our previous cars, so we knew the service will be amazing. And Hop absolutely delivered. He was super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the process and about the car. Quite frankly, Hop not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Thank you again Hop and we will come say hi every time we come in for a service:)

Great experience! Mike Burgmaier is the absolute best - he found us the exact car we were looking for, was very communicative, and helped facilitate a quick sale. In this car market it can be weeks / months before getting the car you want. Mike watched inventory and always had our best interest in mind. He was honest, kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Jeremy in financing was also really wonderful. He made the financing process stress-free and positive. We could not have been happier with our entire experience with Mike and Jeremy.

Previously I posted a very negative review of Stevinson Lexus Lakewood. Last week I left the dealership upset after visiting, shopping and buying a Lexus 350 RX. There were several issues I had not resolved and was angry about. Within a couple of days the General Manager took the time to call me after reading my negative review. He was very concerned as to what happened and that I was so unhappy. He was very gracious, understanding, and wanted to correct the problems I experienced, if I'd give them another opportunity, and come in to meet with them. Although I felt a bit at fault by not listening to my gut and asking for more information to clarify things I didn't understand, he assured me that it wasn't really on me, but them. He apologized to me for letting me, as their customer, down. I must say Mr. Johnson was true to his word, and he, as well as the Sales Manager, went the extra mile to correct the issues I had and make it right. I greatly appreciate doing business with honorable companies who truly do want to help their customers achieve their goal of finding the right car for the customer.
