I bought a Honda Ridgeline from Matt. Matt was very helpful and handled all aspects of the sale. It was nice not having to deal with a high pressure finance guy. I had some issues after the sale that Baxter Ford to care of. Highly recommend for care for their customers. Updating this the Title department didn't send the title to my bank so I could get my license plates a.pay my taxes. So I am having to baby sit the title department. Its ridiculous and the service after the sale has been sub par.
Riley did absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for anything else we will be back for sure!! I had to come back to edit this review… Riley was the director who reached out and started the sale, but Dillon is the one that processed the sale and I have to say there was no haggling no pressure no awkwardness. I can’t say there was no stress cause let’s be honest buying a new vehicle is stressful. But these two made the process eAsy. They are even fixing a last minute damage find which I am so thankful for. I definitely will be sending anyone and everyone to Baxter-Ford in Omaha.
