everyone was very nice and patient. i did not have any intentions of buying a car that day but did want to see my trade in value for my kia and look at broncos so i could see my options. my salesman was kevin and he was beyond pleasant. he chatted to us and asked us questions about our lives and got to know us while waiting for the paperwork to process. hes very humorous and made us laugh. he went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and taken care of. he made the experience very easy and relaxed. he did not push or rush me into a vehicle and knew that i was only looking but he still made me feel priority. i ultimately made my decision to trade my car in and get a bronco and even though it took me a while to make the decision i still did not feel rushed or like i had to say yes. the financial advisor (Mike F.) went over the paperwork with me making sure i understood all of it before i signed/picked my payment options. i asked for a lot of time prior to signing to think about it (this would be one of my first big girl purchases) and his friendly demeanor did not waiver every time i asked him for 5 more minutes. i even asked to go for a ride in the car again prior to signing and they were all still very pleasant and patient to me. i feel like their team absolutely made our experience as great and smooth as what it was and i would definitely recommend the dealership + kevin to other people. arthur is also another worker there and he was great too. very kind and as excited as me when he found out i got the ford bronco. he showed me the ins and outs of the cars the next day and gave me a small bronco car to keep in mine. im beyond happy with my experience and my purchase!! thank you kevin and arthur!!
