Chris and Austin always provide excellent and prompt customer service. Chris starts assisting me as soon as I walk into the building, and Austin is always knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Mr. John is also very friendly and welcoming. Although my vehicle is still fairly new, I’ve had to bring it in for service more often than I would like. However, I continue choosing this dealership’s service department because of the outstanding customer care and knowledgeable staff. They always communicate well, answer my questions, and make the experience much less stressful. I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and reliable service.

Friendly and professional service and treatment began the moment I was out of my vehicle and approaching the dealership as I was greeted and offered assistance by 2 different employees who were in the lot. Dathan ,my salesman, was hospitable and professional tending to every detail of the sale. He not only educated on every detail and feature of my new Grand Cherokee, he also paired my phone and made sure all of my comfort settings were perfect before making the drive back to SWLA in my new vehicle. Duke was prompt and courteous in handling all of the financial paperwork Mike, the GM made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire transaction and was made sure he was readily available and accessible for everyone who was at the dealership the entire time I was there.
