Wow, I had an amazing experience at Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach! At first, I was welcomed by Michael Butler, who carefully listened to my needs and wants. He took me for a spin in the vehicle I really wanted, and that helped in my decision-making. I was then made an offer i couldn't refuse, and Annabelle Marhauer was excellent at getting all my coverage and paperwork completed, even as the clock ticked past 9pm on a Saturday. Like I told her, I was a long-time Rick Case customer previously, but am now happy and proud to be a member of the Hendrick Auto Group family. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this dealership.

Wife wanted to trade in her Volvo for a new Honda. Pilot Elite . Even though I wasn’t happy about our true car price numbers being adjusted a couple of times, or the fact we had to wait 2 hours to get an available finance guy, at the end of the day I would be a return buyer for one specific reason, no dealer markups or them telling me I need to buy a LoJack. I won’t buy from dealers who force LoJack. So for that I will bump them from 4 back up to 5 stars.
