I felt informed and helped throughout the entire process, which required a LOT of communication due to being out of state, financing, etc. Kevin could teach sales people and dealerships in my region a lot about customer service. The dealership helped me coordinate shipping across the country and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the truck and am very happy with the purchase.

My salesperson (Mark) was 100% professional and a nice person to do business with. You would think you were talking to a good friend you've known forever when speaking with him. The dealership was polite and the Bronco I purchased was exactly what I wanted. Their delivery of the vehicle was perfect as they went above and beyond to get everything clean, fueled up, and delivered to me a week later when I was ready to take delivery at my home in Georgia.
