My least favorite thing to do is buying/leasing a new car. This last time, it turned out to be one of the best car leasing experiences I've ever had. Joel made it simple, easy, and drama and haggle free. He explained everything in simple terms and made a great first offer that I could not pass up. He even followed up with me a few weeks after to see how things were going. I took him up on his offer to stop back in so he explain a few technology issues I was struggling with. Everyone at the Garnet Reading Audi that I came into contact with was great. Even the finance manager explained everything in simple language. Could not recommend the dealership enough.
