The truck is very nice and clean. Everything went smoothly at the dealership. The only issue I had was that 3 days after I bought the truck the driver side front coil spring broke in two. Since I bought it as is I didn’t say anything to the dealership. They did offer a warranty but I chose to pass. Other than not being willing to negotiate on the price I was happy with my purchase at the dealership.
Very polite and respectful. No sale pressure of any kind was applied. When I decided to purchase a mach e, John was very helpful with getting me the rebates I qualified for. If and when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle I would definitely shop at woltz and wind again.
My wife and I were searching for an Explorer ST for months and we found one we really liked here. Doug Allen and Jon Kirks both worked with us diligently on price, financing and also had a few other requests that they obliged us on. After only owning for 2 weeks the battery started giving us messages that it might be low. Even though the battery passed the test and wasn't going to be able to be replaced under warranty, they changed for us anyway because they knew we taking the car on vacation in a few days. This was our first experience with this dealership and they have been fantastic.
