I'd been searching for this one particular car for quite awhile and was adamant about buying it from a dealership because I'd always had bad luck with used car dealers. Schurman is part of North Country Ford, so when I saw the exact car for sale, I reached out to them. I was really nervous, not only because I am a female with a lack of automotive knowledge, but because the dealership is nearly 500 miles from my house. Talking to Mark Boisclair, however, put me at ease. He was so incredibly patient, answering all my questions and zillions of emails and phone calls promptly. He sold me the car at a great price, they picked me up at the airport (2 hours away!) and even helped me with an issue that arose days after the sale.
