100% impressed with LaFontaine Volvo. When I called to inquire about a vehicle, I was lucky to get Kyle on the phone who had the vehicle pulled around and ready to test by the time I arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about luxury vehicles and just as excited and enthusiastic about the purchase as we were. They really don't have any bad products on the lot, so they are able to let the cars do the selling! This leaves the staff time to be personable and show an effort to get to know you outside of the your vehicle interest. Somehow, we were all talking about our pets we love and vacations we've taken - not the typical car purchase experience.
