Where do I even start? Buying from Krietz has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and I even did it 100% online, through texts and emails! I was somewhat apprehensive buying online, but Krietz knocked it out of the park! Staff was perfect, special shout-out to Gavin and Quentin! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. While walking around the lot looking for a specific vehicle I found online I wasn’t hassled at all. As soon as I walked in the door the staff was very attentive. I was directed to Lester a sales associate. Fantastic guys! He asked what I was looking for and informed me the vehicle wasn’t on this lot but he would have it brought over. Within 5 minutes the truck was there. Needless to say I was in work clothes and looking like a blue collar guy. He immediately asked me if I wanted to test drive it without running my credit or anything. He handed me the keys and said I’ll see you when you get back. When I returned I informed him I had a trade in and I would be back on Saturday. Lester set me an appointment up for Saturday and I left. I got off work early on Friday so I went to Krietz to purchase the truck. I arrived at 4:30 and they close at 6. I was able to test drive another truck and get my deal done within this time. I deal with Dylan for my paperwork and was out the door. Dylan was very fast and effective with what he was doing.Not being pressured and dealt with in a respectful manner by all at the dealership was amazing. I will definitely purchase from them again.
