Alanna is the best! She made the process fast, smooth and hassle free. I live almost 2 hours away from the dealership and my wife and I have a busy work schedule through the week so the only time we could get there was on Saturday. I did all of the paperwork by phone on Thursday then Edwin and Alanna came in Saturday on their day off to accommodate our schedule. We got to the dealership and enjoyed dealing with them in person as much as I did over the phone. Edwin has a good inventory of great high end used vehicles at a fair price. Best experience EVER! Great vehicles but even better customer service!

Clean cars, fair pricing and good people. Can't really ask for much more than that. We came in from out of state to purchase a car we found online. The holiday season, along with being out of state complicated things a bit. However, the guys at Carter Motorcars were very accommodating and took great care of us. Chip and Edwin were both easy to talk to and seem like honest and good guys. They answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Because of the holidays and travel, we faced some delays with financing. Carter Motorcars was very patient and understanding. The entire car buy experience with them was very enjoyable from start to finish. Chip even reached out to us on our way home to make sure our trip was going along well.
